I am an Educational Researcher with a passion for the
History and Theory of Education.
My work explores how the Educational and the Political intertwine: How are educational reform aspirations politically instrumentalized? And conversely, how are political challenges framed as educationally manageable?
Drawing on Feminist Epistemologies and Postcolonial Theories,
I investigate questions about the Production and Circulation of Knowledge – especially between Latin America and Europe.
In this context, I examine how Knowledge about Bodies and their Education was/is produced, and how assumptions about Educability (of the Body) are implicitly presupposed when social or geopolitical problems are ›educationalized‹.
But what do Small Formats have to do with all this?
